◆ Programme Features

This Programme is about systematic studies and researches in psychology of the unconscious mind based on psychoanalysis and the Chinese culture.

It focuses on the integration and development of psychoanalysis and the Chinese culture, and mainly studies professional psychoanalytical skills such as sandplay therapy, embodied imagining positive visualizing, etc.

◆ Objective

Doctor of Applied Psychology Programme is designed to train high-level professionals in response to the needs for researchers, counselors and teachers in psychology in our society, so that various demands from social, economic development, research and applied areas may be met.

Graduates will also become the first group of internationally qualified psychoanalysts or sandplay therapists recognized by IAAP/ISST.

◆ Course Description

Students will take compulsory courses in the first year; the second and third years will be thesis writing.
